package. If you are sending more than one package to the same address,
just note the number in the space on the form and we will generate
all the labels. You only need one form per destination.

are some important packaging guidelines at UPS Shipping: use a
rigid carton or corrugated box with flaps intact, wrap items separately
and use adequate cushioning material, use tape designed for shipping,
not string, do not wrap the box in paper, remove any old labels
or mark out any previous shipping information on the box and for
additional protection, place a duplicate label or other form of
